Sister City Organizations - Join the Congressional Campaign for Citizen Diplomacy Sister Cities International is partnering with its local sister city organizations to establish the Congressional Campaign for Citizen Diplomacy, an advocacy initiative to persuade Congress to enact the Sister Cities Exchange Initiative. This initiative will provide local sister city organizations with seed grants to support exchanges with their sister city partners abroad. If this initiative is funded, it will create as many as 4,320 citizen exchanges per year for five years. Sister city partnerships have been asked to contribute $50 per year for three years to help support this campaign. Learn more about the Sister Cities Exchange Initiative.
