• No person shall own, harbor or keep any dog which by loud or frequent barking, yelping or howling shall cause serious annoyance to the residents of the surrounding neighborhood or the persons passing along the streets or highways.  For a Full reading please refer to Sec. 18-36*.

• It shall be unlawful for any person within the township to keep, possess or harbor more than three domesticated animals.  For a full reading please refer to Sec. 18-7*.

• No dog shall be suffered to run at large in the township and each dog shall be kept under and within the limits of the owner's premises; provided, however, that if such dog is removed from the owners premises it shall be securely held upon a leash of leather or other durable material of a length not to exceed six feet and in the custody of a responsible person, or the dog shall be securely held in a shipping receptacle or in a closed motor vehicle.  For a full reading please refer to Sec 18-35*.
